Pumpkin Patch - Hay Ride

Hay ride - we took a hay ride out to the pumpkin patch. Dillon was more interested in the tractor and playing in the mud, than finding a pumpkin (no real surprise). Once we got our pumpkins, they take you back to a wash station. Dillon VERY much enjoyed running the water pump. Regardless of being soaking wet and muddy, it was a ton of fun.

There was no hesitation when we got to the petting zoo section. Dillon was so excited to see the pygmy goats, baby cows, chickens/roosters, and the baby pigs.

Hay maze - Dillon was so sure at first, but once he got his bearings we couldn't get him away from the tunnel.

Dillon is so excited when he hears daddy come through the door... he can't wait for dinner to be over so that he can play with daddy. Since he loves books, he usually has daddy read the same book over and over, and OVER.

well I'm only about a month late posting these photos... better late than never. We had a great time and dillon of course really loved the attention. He got lots of great toys too.

Mother's Day coffee

We spent the day with our moms at the annual plant/craft fair in Camas. Then we ended the trip with some coffee and visiting with my mom. The weather was fantastic.

Dillon and I made a quick trip north to meet Bernie. We had a great visit. I can't believe it's been 2+ years since I had seen them. Dillon and Bernie hit it off. We had a wonderful walk to/from lunch and then lots of time for Bernie and Dillon. Then it was back in the car and on our way back to Camas.
